Payment
I accept payments through PayPal.

☼ New Mexico Residents ☼
Please note that orders shipped to addresses in New Mexico will require sales tax payment of 7.00%. The sales tax will automatically be added on by PayPal.
Shipping
I ship from the United States. I do ship worldwide and I ship using First Class Mail with the US Postal Service on all purchases.
I ship within 1-4 business days after payment is received.
☼ Note to International Buyers ☼
I ship from the US. Please be informed that each country has different customs fees, taxes, and charges regarding international shipments. It is your responsibility to be aware of your country's fees for international shipments. I am not responsible for the customs fees, taxes and charges that you may incur.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is damaged in shipping please contact me immediately—preferably with a photo of the damaged item and it’s packaging. I will work something out with you, whether it be to send you a replacement item or refund your money.
I strive to describe and photograph my items clearly. However, sometimes online items are just not what you thought it would be. I know... it happens when you purchase off the internet. I'm happy to accept returns of general stock items for any reason if you contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent to you and earrings in particular must not have been worn. Shipping costs are not refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
I do not accept returns on custom orders. Please keep this in mind when you custom order jewelry.
Warranty of my products extends for two months from the date of sale, by which time any flaws or manufacturing faults should have become apparent. Please contact me as soon as possible if you discover a problem so that we may discuss it.
Items which appear to have been damaged by an accident on your part or by general misuse are not considered to be faulty.
Custom Orders
I welcome custom orders! If there is something you'd like that is not shown, or if you would like a variation or spin on something currently in my shop, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate.
I require payment upfront before I begin work on your piece. I am happy to discuss your desires thoroughly before accepting payment for custom work.
At the moment I have a quick turnaround with custom pieces. Usually I complete it within 1-3 days, but please allow two weeks at the most for an item to be completed. I will let you know when your custom piece will be finished beforehand.
Gifts
Please let me know if your order is a gift. I will provide a handwritten note to the recipient. Please double check the recipients address—just to make sure that we are getting it to the right person.
